Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure for software build, test, and release spanning backend services and user surfaces.
  • Contribute towards engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around engineering productivity, and velocity.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
  • Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design for testability.

Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 2 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
  • Experience in creating and managing a cross-functional engineering test strategy, influencing the core engineering team, and product team to meet quality goals.
  • Ability to design, build, and deliver productivity tools and frameworks.

Bonus Points
  • Chess Expert or higher from USCF.
  • Score of 800 on the SAT - Math.
  • Subject-matter expert in something that can fascinate others.

  • 3 years of experience in building machine translation, speech recognition or NLP systems.
  • 3 years of experience using ML techniques to solve audio tasks like speech enhancement, audio event classification or voice detection.
  • 2 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health.
  • Experience developing metrics, assessment techniques, and tools to improve the performance of signal processing algorithms using field data.
  • Experiencewith audio DSP techniques.
  • Experience in creating and managing a cross-functional engineering test strategy, influencing the core engineering team, and product team to meet quality goals.
  • Ability to design, build, and deliver productivity tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and leads within government agencies.
  • Assist government clients and prospects. Create clients accounts into the CRM, prepare Sales Quotes and Process Sales Orders
  • Develop and provide customized bids that effectively describe Peraclete products and solutions in response to customer needs.
  • Translate customer requirements into the tangible and practical implementation of the company products and solutions.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of all government company contracts and compliance matters.
  • Perform overall bid management activities.

Preferred qualifications
  • 2 years experience in RFP, State, Local, and Federal Government Procurement or bid management.
  • Strong, persuasive writing, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Takes ownership of the quality and detail of responses, processes, and standards.
  • Ability to synthesize and translate complicated ideas and concepts into language easily understood by the customer.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and PC based applications.

  • Develop relationships with key strategic partners, supporting growth of our products and solutions.
  • Pursue large opportunities, navigate complex accounts in the federal market and develop relationships with executive level contacts.

Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as a sales executive for the government.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions with big data, AI, ML or a related field.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic) regularly.

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
